Questions about your data: not set
What we store
When you use Quadrum Tools we store:
- Account data: your email address, your name, a password hash (never the password itself), your language and theme settings and, if you add one, your profile picture.
- Memberships: which organizations you belong to, your groups and what you are allowed to do there.
- Audit log: a record of changes to accounts, memberships and settings, including who made them. Entries are kept for not set.
- Sign-in records: your active sessions (creation and expiry times) and sign-in events, to keep your account secure.
- Content you or your organization create in the modules of this service.
Who processes your data
We use these service providers (processors) to run Quadrum Tools:
- Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany, runs the servers and the database.
- Email: not set delivers the emails the service sends, such as confirmations and password resets.
- File storage: Hetzner Object Storage holds uploaded files, such as logos and profile pictures.
Errors are recorded in the service's own database; no external error tracking service is used.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account exists. When an account is deleted or anonymized, personal data is removed; entries in the audit log that must remain are kept without it.
Backups of the database and of uploaded files are kept for 90 days. If a backup has to be restored, data deleted since may reappear. We delete it again as soon as the restore is complete; for uploaded files this can take up to one day after a full restore.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. You can export your data or anonymize your account from your profile. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
Cookies
The service sets only the cookies it needs to keep you signed in and to protect forms. It does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
